InvoiceNow offers two modes of operation: API Mode and Non-API Mode. Choose the one that best suits your needs.
API Mode
Connect directly with your Takealot seller account for automated invoice management.

Using API Mode
Secure API Key Storage
Your Takealot API key is encrypted and stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase's Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure your credentials can only be accessed by you.
Set Up API Access
Enter your Takealot API key in the settings page to enable automatic invoice management.
View Invoice Requests
Access all your open and closed invoice requests automatically fetched from Takealot.
Generate Invoices
Generate professional invoices with a single click, with all details pre-filled.
Direct Upload
Upload generated invoices directly to Takealot without leaving the application.
Using Non-API Mode
Enable Non-API Mode
In settings, enable "Use Non-API Version" to switch to manual mode.
Enter Invoice Details
Manually input customer information, order details, and line items.
Generate PDF
Generate and download professional PDF invoices based on your input.
Non-API Mode Limitations
- Cannot fetch invoice requests automatically
- Manual data entry required for all fields
- Cannot upload invoices directly to Takealot
- Need to manually upload generated PDFs to Takealot
